My Approach
My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to each client’s unique needs, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing.
Grounded in a person-centered and trauma informed framework, I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative, and respectful therapeutic relationship.
My work also integrates existential therapy to explore meaning, identity, and life transitions, alongside evidence-based
approaches.
Modalities
I draw from a wide range of evidence-based modalities, adapting my approach to each individual and incorporating the therapies and techniques that best fit your unique needs and goals.
Some approaches I may include are:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support the processing and healing of trauma and distressing experiences;
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills for positive change;
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, mindfulness, and healthy relationships while building resilience and confidence in navigating life’s transitions.
